9103 USB Picoammeter

The 9103 USB Picoammeter measures dual-polarity DC current from picoamps to milliamps. It can be biased with an optional built-in fixed +90V DC bias, or your own low-noise DC power supply.  The 9103 is available with high-speed and high-voltage options, for sample rates up to 500 reads/sec, and the ability to float up to 5 kV DC. Data Logging and graphing software is included for Microsoft Windows. The 9103 is compatible w/ OSx, Linux, Matlab, and LabView, and can be controlled via a simple ASCII interface. The 9103 works well in noisy environments.

Using the 9103 USB picoammeter to measure current in a liquid, check out here.  The experiment measures the current vs. voltage (I-V) through a liquid. This is an example of where a programmable voltage source would make the measurements easier to perform and more accurate, which is why RBD are developing a new series of USB programmable voltage sources.
